Welcome to Help Desk Calgary, your local association for Help Desk and
Client Support professionals. Since 1990 we have provided a networking
and learning forum, with our monthly luncheons, newsletters and peer
to peer events. Help Desk Calgary is a member of Help Desk
Institute's One Association.Help Desk Calgary is actively involved
in regional and North American Help Desk Institute activities. This
affiliation benefits our local chapter by providing direct links to
the leaders in our industry and the sharing of best practices new
ideas.

HDC - Call for Speakers
Helpdesk Calgary is the local
Calgary chapter of the Helpdesk Institute. Each month we host a
luncheon for our members and feature a guest speaker on topic that
inspire, instruct and entertain our members. The topics rotate
between the 3 key elements of our business - people, processes
and technology. Preference is given to local speakers who are
willing to present on a voluntary basis to our group of 20 -35 Help
Desk professionals.
By presenting to our group you are
gaining exposure to Help Desk professionals from a wide range of
companies, building a network of contacts within the IT industry, and
you get to practice your presentation skills!
